I am trying to get questions, but the page says my phone number is not found. What do I do?

1.  Please enter the phone number you gave on your class registration card.

2.  Enter the phone numbers only without dashes. Try it with the area code first. If that does not work, try it without the area code. If it still does not work, try the following steps.

3.  In the bottom of the window, select the type of class (DW day women, EW evening women, EM evening men, YA young adult).

4.  Select the day of the week that your class meets.

5.  Start typing in the name of the church or the city where the church is located.
Note: A list of possible matches will appear.

6.  Select your host church from the list.
Note: The questions for your class will appear on the screen.

How do I remember the web address for next time I need it?

Each web browser program has an option to save a web address as a "favorite" or a "bookmark".

1.  In Google Chrome, click the "star" icon on the top, right side of the screen.


2.  A box will appear with options for the bookmark name.

3.  Type the name of your bookmark, such as "Get BSF questions".

4.  Click the "Done" button.

5.  In Internet Explorer, click the "star" icon on the top, right side of the screen.


 

6.  Click the "Add to favorites" button.

7.  In Firefox, near the top-left of the screen, click the "Bookmarks" menu, "Bookmark this page" option.



Note: If you do not see the Bookmarks menu, press the "Ctrl" and "D" keys at the same time, and then let them go.

When I open the question file in Word, it has mixed up letters and symbols. How do I see the questions?

BSF provides the question files in PDF format only. This format requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program.

1.  Go to http://get.adobe.com/reader

2.  Follow the links to download and install the Adobe Acrobat Reader program.

3.  Go to www.bsfinternational.org/lessons

4.  Type your phone number with area code, numbers only without dashes.
Note: If the phone number is not found with area code, try typing it in without the area code. If you still do not find it, select your class type, meeting day, and church name.

5.  Click the "Get my questions" button.
Note: The current lesson for your class will be selected automatically in the "List of available lesson questions" box. Click on this box to get a list of the available lessons.

6.  Click the "Download adult questions" link under the lesson number box.

7.  After the download completes, open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program.

8.  Inside the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, click the "File" menu. Click the "Open  option.

9.  Select the Downloads folder.

10.   Double-click with the mouse to open the file with a name like 12-en-REV_AdQ_13_062015.pdf.

How do I print the question file?

1.  If you already have the question file open, press "Ctrl" and "P" to print a copy of the file.
Note: On Mac, press "" and "P".

2.  Or open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader and click the "Print" icon on the toolbar.

3.  On iPad, after opening the file in the Adobe Acrobat Reader app, tap the "Open in" icon near the top-right. Select the print option.

When I view the Get lesson questions page, it is blank.

1.  Press the "Ctrl" and "F5" keys on the keyboard at the same time (then let go)
Note: On some browsers "Ctrl" and "R" refreshes the page. On Mac press "⌘"and "R".

2.  If this does not work, please try to download the questions using a different browser program, such as Google Chrome (www.google.com/chrome/) or Firefox (www.mozilla.org/).

I clicked on "Resources", "Get lesson questions" and nothing happened.

1.  Press the "Ctrl" and "F5" keys on the keyboard at the same time (then let go)

2.  If this does not work, please try to download the questions using a different browser program, such as Google Chrome (www.google.com/chrome/) or Firefox (www.mozilla.org/).

I entered my phone and class information, but the lesson question page doesn't open.

This may be a problem with the Internet Explorer browser program. If you have another web browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, please try using it to access the web site.

I found the lesson questions, but where do I download the complete lesson Notes?

The lesson Notes are available at the class meeting only. They are not available on the web site.

The "Get lesson questions" page does not show the lesson number that I need.

The "List of available lesson questions" box shows the number of the current lesson. Click on this box to get a list of the available lessons.
